Western Airlines stewardess silver hat badge by John Hartman

A rare original 'Western Airlines Stewardess silver hat badge', depicting a large stylish head of a Native American Indian, feathered warbonnet flowing with turquoise stone set in the band, the reverse impressed with maker's details "Hartmans" curved over a heart shape design with "925" (silver) to the center, arrow superimposed behind it and "Durango" below. Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings incorporating safety roller catch.
