Nurses Co-operation London 1913 qualified nurse numbered badge

A rare early 'Nurses Co-operation London' gilt badge, large red enamel cross bearing a circular white enamel title, the reverse impressed with the year "1913" and with official issue number "414". Very good condition, complete with original substantial pin fittings and a ring to accommodate a ribbon, no stress or damage to the enamel.
