A rare original Second World War brass and enamel ARP No 3 badge 'B.A. Collieries Ltd Nottingham'. Good condition, original buttonhole fitting, no damage to the enamel, minor surface scratches, some verdigris to the reverse.
Diameter 31mm.

B.A.Collieries Ltd Nottingham was formed in 1936 from the take over of 'Bestwood Coal & Iron Co'. and the 'Babbington Coal Co.' and in the following year the 'Digby Colliery Co'.
