WW1 Red Cross 16 Isle of Man Commandant shoulder title badge

A rare originalFirst World War period single shoulder strap with three gilt and enamel rank stars for a Commandant officer rank in the British Red Cross Society to which is sewn a felt slip on shoulder title with yellow embroidered "Red Cross 16 Isle of Man" this still retaining the herringbone cotton tapes used to slip through a shoulder strap. Very good condition, stars complete with all fittings, enamel with minor service wear.
