Edward VIII 1937 Coronation Ship of State Medal

A scarce Edward VIII souvenir aluminium medal, produced for the proposed Coronation in 1937 that never took place. The obverse with Crowned bust left and title "Edward VIII King and Emperor". The reverse depicts the "Ship of State" and "May Its Course Be Properous"
Very good condition, complete with original red, white and blue ribbon, suspension bar with safety pin fitting. An excellent example.
