A fine quality rare First World War period 'H.M. Queen Mary's Royal Naval Hospital Southend 1915' badge, the reverse bearing London silver hallmarks for 1914 and maker's details "C & Co" (Carrington & Co London). Very good condition, original pin fitting old replacement hook, no damage to the enamel.
