Royal Albert Hospital Devonport 1930 silver nurses badge

A superb example of a Royal Albert Hospital Devonport nurses badge, the reverse bearing Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1930 maker's details "Fattorini & Sons Bradford House Birmingham" and inscribed "M.A.Rice 1922 - 1925. Excellent condition, original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel and retaining all the gilt finish given it the appearance of gold.
Height 42mm.
During the First World War the Admiralty took over part of the hospital.
