A good gilt and enamel 1999 Royal Windsor badge, the reverse with maker's details "W.O.Lewis (Badges) Ltd B'Ham 19" and impressed with official issue number "257", "Not Transferable". Very good condition, no damage to the enamel and complete with original cord.
