A rare original 1899 dated enamel "Cyclists Touring Club Membership Certificate" issue to member "5274 G.H.Radford, Chichurch Gdn (unclear), Ditton Hill." and signed by the Secretary of the time "Ernest R Shipton". Very good condition.
