St James Hospital London 1930 silver nurses badge

A good quality and silver and enamel hospital badge, with London County Council Coat of Arms to centre, the reverse bearing Birmingham hallmarks for 1930 and maker's details "F & S" (Fattorini & Son). Good condition, original pin fittings incorporating safety catch, enamel good but with minor chip to top arm.
