A good gilt and enamel badge for the 1937 Birmingham Congress of "The Royal Sanitary Institute Founded 1876". The reverse with maker's details "Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St Birmingham", very good condition, original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.
