A scarce original wartime issue 'Emergency Hospital Scheme Stretcher Bearer lapel badge'; white metal example displaying Crowned 'SB' initials with red enamel title scroll below, the reverse impressed with maker's details 'H.W.M'. (H.W.Miller). Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, no damage to the enamel.
