Charles Horner Christian Cross 1958 Silver Pendant

A scarce original 1950's vintage period Latin Cross renowned symbol of Christianity, hand engraved with unusual decoration to all four arms, the vertical side impressed with maker's details 'C.H' jeweller (Charles Horner) and bearing Chester silver hallmarks for 1958. Very good condition, complete with silver suspension ring.

A scarce original circa Great War period 'Seamen's Christian Friend Society badge' in the form of a gilded brass flag inlaid with dark blue enamel with a white cross inscribed "Sailors Home and Rest". Good condition, complete with original pin fittings, enamel intact except for the flagpole which has enamel loss to red enamel decoration.
